We purchased an older Bison Aluma Sport a few years ago, had some small faults, had some interesting dibilities and a Old Man Mechanic decided to repair it to a Toy hauler.

Just a heads up, it will remain as a Horse Trailer so can be either reconverted or left as the TH has become when time to go as Kept the Stall Dividers.

Two concerns when bought, had a settling on L Rr corner of suspension package, turned out to be internal Corrosion Cancer of External Frame Rail. Is heavy enough material did manage to attach a Bracing component of 3x3 Heavy Will Sq Pipe then Plate across remains of OE 3 x 1.5" Side rail, Work fine last long time.

Next up was a SAG at Left Escape Door, was explained "Happens to ALL of these, Not a Concern as Superficial". Well that was a Fib, started seeing Rivets in Internal Stalls area Covers shear heads so decided had to repair that. The Diagonal Internal Wall Structure sat upon a weak zone where the Forward Inside Frame rail did not connect to anything but a Crossmember attached to the L Outer Main Rail. Nearly 32" of Needed additional Support floor was exposed.

Cannot post Pics as Cannot size small enough.
