A clean Kortz Center run is less about blasting through guards and more about keeping control from the first minute. After the firewall drops, the red laser grid becomes the main problem. It is not a race. Look at the beams and move one person at a time if the crew is unsure. Use the Drainage Channel for the Getaway
Once the painting is secured, get up to the roof, take the helicopter, and fly low rather than climbing over Los Santos. The smart move is to drop into the storm drain network as soon as the route allows.
